Machine Vision with On-Board compression
I'm looking for a 4K 30 fps color global shutter solution that will output jpegs in a 12 second, 360 frame burst. So far all I can find are cameras that will output to a computer that then has to process and compress the RAW sensor data output from the camera. I look at a typical GoPro type camera and they are compressing the 4K sensor data in a miniature form factor. Why can't I do something similar in a global shutter solution?
