Hi. What is the time delay between Immediate Trigger Mode Off/On on Basler dart camera (USB 3 interface)?

This isn't specified mainly because the dart's are more budget-friendly that some higher-end cameras and so some things are sacrificed.
But in practice it should be something like 5-7x quicker. Possible even faster, but it's not guaranteed.

The attached table provides values on the trigger delay difference that have been measured once and are not averaged!
That is, deviations from these values may occur and these values should be hence treated as strictly informative only.
Also, the performance is depending on different other factors like ROI settings and data bandwidth.
In this regard especially the MT9P031 is very sensitive.
