Which pose estimation architecture should I choose for the decent accuracy and very short inference time? It will be used with relatively small videos and the speed should be close to real time.

If the size of video files is small enough, any architecture will not take long to process it. Detectron2 and OpenPose are some of the most popular now, you can try them.
The MediaPipe is the best in terms of time. It is specially optimized to work on mobile devices and therefore requires very few resources.
